Central Broker LLC. All investments involve risk, including the possible loss of principal. Central Broker offers investment accounts for investors seeking to maximize market opportunities through professional investment advice.

Regulatory Memberships & Protections

SEC & FINRA: Central Broker is a registered broker-dealer with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and is a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

SIPC: We are a member of the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC). SIPC protects securities customers of its members up to $500,000 (including $250,000 for claims for cash). Please note: SIPC covers the return of your securities in the event of Central Broker's insolvency; it does not protect against a decrease in the market value of your securities.

NYSE & CFTC: Central Broker is a member of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and is regulated by the SEC and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).

International Notice

Central Broker is incorporated and operated in the United States of America. When using our platform, you are operating within the United States. It is the client's sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with the legal requirements and frameworks applicable in their country of residence regarding the services provided by Central Broker.

Trading & Commissions

Central Broker offers commission-free trading; however, specific commissions and fees may apply to certain products, trades, and specialized investments. Detailed fee schedules are available upon request.

Cryptocurrency Services

Cryptocurrency execution and custody services are provided by Bakkt Crypto Solutions LLC via a software license agreement with Central Broker Crypto LLC. Cryptocurrency trading is conducted through a dedicated Bakkt Crypto account.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Central Broker US ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Legal Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Central Broker US provides financial brokerage services, including but not limited to trading in commodities, cryptocurrencies, stocks and shares, currency exchange, index investments, and physical precious metals. Our services are intended for informational and investment purposes only.

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading and investing in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for every investor. The value of investments can go down as well as up, and you may not recover the amount originally invested. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. Eligibility
